Prediktion is a data aggregation and information display platform that collects and presents publicly available information from various prediction market platforms including, but not limited to, Polymarket, Kalshi, PredictIt, Limitless, and Smarkets.

The Service explicitly does NOT:

Execute, facilitate, or process any trades, transactions, or purchases
Interact with any blockchain smart contracts or prediction market contracts
Hold, custody, or manage any user funds, cryptocurrencies, or assets
Provide brokerage, exchange, or financial intermediary services
Offer investment advice, financial planning, or trading recommendations
Create, operate, or manage any prediction markets

The Service solely aggregates and displays information that is already publicly available from third-party prediction market platforms. All data displayed is sourced from these platforms and stored in our database for display purposes only.

3. No Financial or Investment Advice

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: The information displayed on Prediktion is for informational and educational purposes only. Nothing on this Service constitutes, or is intended to constitute:

Investment advice or recommendations
Financial advice or guidance
Legal or tax advice

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service:

For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
To scrape, harvest, or collect data in an automated manner without permission
To interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers
To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service

LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM ANY THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT OR CONTENT
DAMAGES RESULTING FROM UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO YOUR DATA

THIS LIMITATION APPLIES WHETHER THE ALLEGED LIABILITY IS BASED ON CONTRACT, TORT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY, OR ANY OTHER BASIS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGE.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prediktion and its operators, directors, employees, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any rights of another party
Your participation in any prediction markets

12. Geographic Restrictions

The Service is intended for informational purposes and may not be appropriate or available for use in all locations. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations. The Service is not intended for users in jurisdictions where prediction markets or the viewing of prediction market data is prohibited.

13. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

14. Changes to Terms
